For various reasons, I'm stuck with my current ISP.

They switched everyone to CGNAT and I suspect my network issues are due to sharing IPs with other customers.

I now often get logged out automatically from websites, see way more captcha prompts and failed HTTP requests.

I was thinking about tunneling all my traffic through a VPN over to some server in a datacenter but I'm worried websites will think it's bot/automated traffic all the same.

Should I expect any problems if I divert all my traffic through a public cloud? Are their networks blacklisted for user traffic in general?
